Liberals splash $10 million on a pool for Bellarine. The liberal government provides $10 million for a 50 metre pool facility for North Bellarine. according to federal member for Corangamite Sarah Henderson the funding would cover the construction of an outdoor pool, a membrane roof, change rooms and a kiosk. <<Read More on the history of swimming in the region>>

Drysdale Football Club celebrates 140 years history. In 1900 The Bellarine Football Competition was formed with games, previous to that being by invitation only. Drysdale, Portarlington, & Queenscliff were the inaugural teams with Military joining some years later. <<Read More>>
